Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software applications, tools, and integrations.
  • Write clean, well-documented code and follow best practices in development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure system reliability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software and infrastructure systems.
  • Support and maintain internal applications, databases, and user access for both on-site and remote users.
  • Monitor system performance using observability tools and address issues proactively.
  • Assist in managing Linux and Windows servers, including monitoring, patching, and maintenance.
  • Ensure software, systems, and hardware comply with security policies and company standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including SOPs, technical guides, and issue logs.
  • Contribute to infrastructure security and provide technical support to internal development teams.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in software and system operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field;
  • 2–4 years of experience in software development or a related technical role;
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript);
  • Experience with both front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, , .NET, Django);
  • Solid understanding of database systems such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB;
  • Experience with software development tools and environments (e.g., VS Code, IntelliJ, Docker, Jenkins).
  • Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills;
  • Proficient in English, and able to speak in Mandarin would be an advance (to deal with Mandarin speaking Management/client).
