Job Responsibility
Relevant experience in videography and video editing; familiar with different gear (camera or smartphone)

⢠Proficient in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Jianying, etc.

⢠A strong eye for composition, color, lighting, and visual rhythm

⢠Up-to-date with current short video trends and able to replicate viral styles

⢠Responsible, communicative, and excellent with time management

⢠Able to independently handle the full process from shooting to final video delivery

⢠Please include a portfolio (short videos, promos, vlogs, etc.); personal equipment is a plus

Job Requirements
Collaborate with the team to film content based on scripts and creative briefs

⢠Shoot various formats: short skits, brand stories, interviews, vlogs, product explainers, etc.

⢠Edit videos tailored to platforms like IG Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube

⢠Organize and maintain the video asset library with proper backup and categorization

⢠Continuously improve filming and editing workflows with the team

⢠Monitor video performance after publishing and suggest improvements
