Your role involves overseeing the entire aquaculture process, from breeding and hatching to grow-out and harvesting. You will ensure that all aspects of prawn farming meet high standards for health, productivity, and environmental sustainability. This position requires a strong understanding of aquatic biology, water quality management, and farm management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Breeding and Hatchery Management: Oversee the breeding programs and hatchery operations to ensure high-quality larvae and post-larvae are produced.
• Water Quality Management: Monitor and manage water quality parameters, including temperature, salinity, pH, and oxygen levels, to create optimal growing conditions for prawns.
• Health and Nutrition: Develop and implement feeding protocols and health management plans to maintain prawn health and prevent diseases.
• System Optimization: Evaluate and enhance farming systems and practices to improve efficiency, yield, and sustainability.
• Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production data, health observations, and environmental conditions. Prepare and present reports on farm performance and progress.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and standards, including environmental and safety protocols.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with farm staff to train and guide them on best practices and operational procedures.
