Role Summary

·       Ensure that the Copany processes the personal data in compliance with applicable data protection rules.

Main Responsibilities

·       Advise and oversee the implementation of security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction

·       Develop, review data protection policies and guidelines

·       Ensure proper data breach and security incident management and prepare and submit reports to the Commissioner and BNM in respect of personal data breaches

·       Issue recommendations to close any compliance gaps that have been identified

·       Act as point of contact between data processor and the PDP Commissioner

Requirements

Qualification

·       Diploma and above.

Experiences

·       Minimum one (1) year experience in Insurance industry.

Skills & Competency

·       Basic knowledge in Standard Operation/ Administration procedures and protocols of Insurance business.

IT competencies

·       Good command of IT systems and applications.
