Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and experience in maintenance planning, controlling, and scheduling.
Must be willing to work on shift.
Able to work under pressure and extended hours.
Planning Tools/systems knowledge MS-Office, Microsoft Project and SAP.

Required Knowledge:

Technical knowledge of bulk material equipment (conveyor systems, ship unloader and machinery).
Maintenance planning knowledge.
Safety & risk management.
Bulk material handling operation system.

Responsibility

To perform the maintenance planning and execution activities according to Heatlh, Safety and Environment (HSE), Ethic and Compliance with company.
Open Maintenance Notification and Work Orders for corrective maintenance in SAP.
Use the maintenance management system and maintenance standards to plan properly Maintenance Orders.
Responsible for converting to emergency maintenance order, completing the package with relevant safety, technical documentation, manpower arrangement, resources, and material preparation. Once ready, release package to corrective maintenance execution team.
To manage work prioritization activity for emergency and planned corrective maintenance event.
Develop and conduct risk analysis on maintenance task
Contribute in detection, report and elimination of abnormalities in the operational process through control of the process variables.

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
