Job Description

  1. Planning and implementation of marketing strategies, program and activities
  2. Take charge of organizing and coordinating project launches, promotional events, road show and marketing campaigns.
  3. Conduct regular market survey and competitor analysis
  4. Asist in creation and preparation of marketing material such as brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners,digital marketing content etc
  5. Liaising and coordinating with creative and advertising agency
  6. Liaising with panel bankers on the end financing packages
  7. Incharge and monitoring social media account and digital marketing performance
  8. Incharge and monitoring the performance of sales team in order to achieve sales target
  9. Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business or related field
  2. Excellent communications, leadership and interpersonal skill
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing
  4. Ability to think creatively and strategically
  5. In touch with the latest marketing trends and best practice in the real estate industry
