We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to support our finance department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date financial records
- Process invoices and payments accurately and on time
- Reconcile accounts and assist in month-end closing activities
- Support payroll preparation and budgeting tasks
- Prepare and organize financial reports using accounting software and spreadsheets
Job Requirements:
-5.5 working days
-Minimum 1 year of Finance Clerk working experience
-Candidates with Diploma qualification in Finance/ Accounting
-Proficient in Accounting Software & Microsoft Office
-Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
