Location: Bangsar South

Working arrangement: No WFH Allowed but working flexibility

JD:

  • Oversee the continuous integration and development of backend applications.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 to 5 developers to meet project goals and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure optimal system performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Maintain and enhance critical business modules to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Perform detailed system analysis and implement effective, long-term solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests to uphold code quality and system reliability.
  • Foster clear communication and strong collaboration within the development team and across departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project-related issues.
  • Assess and mitigate risks throughout the design and development stages.
  • Design and implement scalable system architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to support evolving business needs and enhance system efficiency.
  • The duties and responsibilities outlined above may be revised, and the Employee may be assigned additional tasks as deemed necessary by the Company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications in Java, Cloud Computing, or relevant technologies will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong background in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading development teams or mentoring junior developers.
  • Practical expertise in performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting within high-throughput systems.
  • Experience in the fintech industry or with financial applications will be highly advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Java-based frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10, RM18,000.00 per month
