  • About the Role

You will play a key role in providing L2/L3 technical support for Oracle applications and databases. This includes troubleshooting issues, supporting patching activities, optimizing PL/SQL code, and ensuring system performance and stability. You'll collaborate closely with global functional and technical teams while contributing to continuous system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle applications & databases
  • Troubleshoot Oracle issues, PL/SQL code, and backend logic
  • Develop & optimize PL/SQL procedures, triggers, functions, and packages
  • Perform SQL and database performance tuning
  • Support Oracle patching activities and system enhancements
  • Work on integration & data migration support
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT or related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle application/db support
  • Strong Oracle SQL & PL/SQL development skills
  • Understanding of Oracle DB architecture & performance tuning
  • Experience supporting or integrating Java-based applications
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
  • Mandarin / Cantonese language proficiency required

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Oracle EBS modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, BI Publisher
  • Familiarity with WebLogic, IAM, SSO
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
  • Basic Java (Spring Boot, JSP, Servlets)
  • Experience with Oracle JDeveloper
