Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Cookies Promoter to join our team As a Cookies Promoter, you will play a key role in introducing our signature cookies to new and returning customers, boosting sales, and creating memorable experiences for everyone who visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote our cookies through sampling, demonstrations, and engaging conversations.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing inquiries.
  • Highlight the unique qualities of our cookies, such as flavors, ingredients, and freshness.
  • Upsell complementary products like beverages, gift boxes, and seasonal specials.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve our offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Track and report daily promotional activities and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for cookies and baked goods is a must
  • Prior experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or special events.
  • Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
