About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Resident Doctor to join our dynamic team at RG SETIA CARE PLT' in Rawang, Selangor. As a Resident Doctor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients. This is a full-time position, offering you the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive primary care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions
2. Conducting thorough patient examinations and assessments
3. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
4. Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans in collaboration with patients
5. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
6. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices

What we're looking for

1. A valid medical degree from a recognised institution
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Resident Doctor or in a similar role
3. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
7. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
