Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Microservices / Java Developers to join our team in building the next-generation banking platform using microservices and cloud-native technologies.

You will work closely with agile teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure systems that meet business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions using microservices and micro frontend technologies.
  • Modernize legacy systems into scalable microservices architectures.
  • Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance.
  • Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Participate in planning sessions, providing technical estimates and feedback.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, cloud tools, and software trends.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Java / J2EE and Spring Boot framework.
  • Proven experience in API and Microservices architecture implementation.
  • Strong background in developing high-volume, high-availability services.
  • Experience with containerization and cloud technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
  • Familiar with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, Selenium.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based development environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is an added advantage.
