Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Animator with strong graphic design capabilities to join our team. The top priority of this role is to deliver excellent 3D animation work for sports products, campaigns, and marketing content. In addition, the candidate will also handle graphic design tasks to support marketing collaterals, e-commerce visuals, and brand communications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic eye, exceptional technical skills, and the versatility to bring products, visuals, and environments to life through both animation and design.

Key Responsibilities

3D Animation

· Produce high-quality 3D animations for products, objects, and environments in line with project requirements.

· Collaborate with art directors and designers to ensure animation style and quality align with creative vision.

· Develop and maintain 3D animation assets, ensuring technical and artistic standards are met.

· Use industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Houdini) to create polished animations.

· Troubleshoot animation issues and optimize assets for performance and compatibility.

· Stay updated on animation trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve quality and workflow.

Graphic Design

· Design marketing materials including posters, banners, social media assets, and campaign visuals.

· Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all design outputs.

· Create engaging layouts and product visuals for e-commerce, advertising, and events.

· Support the marketing team with visual concepts, infographics, and creative adaptations.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a 3D Animator, with an outstanding portfolio/reel showcasing strong animation skills.

· Proficiency in 3D software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent).

· Demonstrated experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

· Knowledge of rigging, skinning, and character setup is a plus.

· Understanding of lighting, rendering, and shading principles.

· Strong sense of typography, layout, and color composition.

· Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

· Motion graphics and video editing experience.

· Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity for real-time animation.

· Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, MEL) for automation.

· Background in sports branding or product marketing design.
