Senior UX Designer

Location: Onsite

Industry: Energy/Oil & Gas industry.

Experience Level: Senior (6+ years)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Figma, user research, and design systems, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital experiences across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user experiences for enterprise platforms and applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and related tools.
  • Ensure designs meet business requirements and align with user needs.
  • Document and communicate design decisions, workflows, and interaction models.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts in an Agile environment.
  • Maintain quality standards by ensuring all designs comply with brand guidelines and usability best practices.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma, with strong wireframing and prototyping skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD).
  • Solid understanding of Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
  • Proven experience conducting usability testing and user research.
  • Familiarity with Version Control / Git.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Agile methodology and enterprise-level platforms.
  • Knowledge of design systems and website analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant UX/UI experience, preferably in enterprise application design.

Job Type: Full-time
