In-House Barista

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to company standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation of all beverages
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the entire coffee station, customer lounge and surrounding work areas at all times. Keep the customer lounge neat and welcoming by promptly clearing used cups and clear the table.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies and inform management when replenishment is needed
• Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and employees
• Assist with basic inventory management and daily opening/closing duties
• Handle minor equipment issues and report major faults prompt

• 为客人和员工提供友好且专业的服务

• 协助基本库存管理及日常开店/关店工作

• 处理小型设备问题,并及时汇报重大故障

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset
• Preferably with minimum 1-2 years working experience

Working Conditions:

• Corporate in-house setting
• 5 working days including weekend (off day on Monday & Tuesday)

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (depending on qualification, experience and performance).
