KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Plan and monitor overall MTO operations to ensure smooth delivery of all shipments in accordance with the projects and customer requirements.

·       Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

·       Liaise with Government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and regulatory standard

·       Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or issues.

·       Maintain clear communication with customers and agents.

·       Supervise and support subordinated to ensure self-deliverables are executed.

·       Help strengthen the Company's logistics monitoring process, on time delivery, operations, cost effectiveness and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

·       Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

· –3 years' experience in freight forwarding or multimodal transport operations.

·       Knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and multimodal transport documentation.

·       Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       Proficient in MS Office and

·       Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
