Responsibilities:
- Handle sale & purchase agreements (SPA), sub-sale, direct developer, and loan documentation.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing all conveyancing documents (letters, forms, statutory documents).
- Liaise with clients, bankers, property agents, developers, land office, and government agencies.
- Monitor and follow up on loan approvals, documentation progress, stamping, registration, and key timelines.
- Ensure all documents are properly executed, submitted, and filed.
- Prepare billing, invoices, receipts, and handle simple administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate case files and update progress in the system.
- Assist lawyers with attending to clients, scheduling signings, and coordination work.
- Ensure all conveyancing processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the lawyer/firm.
Requirements:
- Spm, Stpm and Diploma
- Good communication skills (Malay & English).
- Able to work independently, organized, and attentive to details.
- Familiar with conveyancing processes & timelines is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
