Available positions as below:

1. Junior Legal Assistant / Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Able to provide legal advices and deal with all conveyancing maters in real estate, loan, etc
• To draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, developers, bankers, lawyers and various government bodies
• To monitor and follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files
• To ensure compliance with all relevant timelines, procedures, laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Possess LLB / CLP
• With at least 2 years of working experience as practicing lawyer in conveyancing related matters
• Responsible, self-motivated and multitasking
• Able to work independently and as in a team with other clerks
• Good analytical and problems solving skills
• Good command of written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia

2. Conveyancing Clerk

Responsibilities:

• To assist in all conveyancing matters such as sale and purchase, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, CKHT, sub-sale, loan documentation, etc.
• Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers, developers, government bodies and other related parties
• Able to work and complete task with minimal supervision and within timeline

Requirements:

• Possess SPM with at least 2 years of working experience in conveyancing related matters
• Basic computer literacy skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently and as in a team with other clerks
• Willing to learn, follow instruction, responsible and proactive

Our office is nearby to BTHO MRT Station. Salary will commensurate with experiences and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
