Job Summary

The NPI Technician supports the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by monitoring WIP status, analyzing defects, and ensuring timely reporting. This role requires close collaboration with the NPI team and supervisors to maintain project continuity and address ad-hoc needs.

Key responsibilities:

Expedite NPI production movement in shopfloor

a Assist on problem solving for common production issue

b Coordination of cross-department support for technical/quality issue of NPI

Engineering verification and monitor production record to ensure NPI product quality

Ad-Hoc support

a Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualification & Skills

Education : SPM/Diploma or equivalent in Electronics, Manufacturing or related fields

Experience : Preferably prior experience in PCB manufacturing

Technical Skills  : Basic computations skills

Soft skills : Clear communication, strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Languages : Malay and English Communication required

Working environment

Production floor visits with exposure to manufacturing equipment
