Tanggungjawab

  1. Mengesahkan dan memeriksa bahan mentah yang diterima serta melabelkan dengan betul

  2. Melakukan pemeriksaan harian mesin/ forklift menggunakan senarai semak pemeriksaan mesin/ forklift

  3. Melaksanakan penyelenggaraan bulanan mesin

  4. Memakai PPE yang sesuai dan mematuhi prosedur serta peraturan keselamatan dengan ketat

  5. Menjaga kebersihan dan kekemasan kawasan kerja

  6. Mengikut arahan kerja, master card, pesanan pengilangan dan carta warna untuk menghasilkan produk mengikut spesifikasi dan kehendak pelanggan

  7. Mencapai sasaran keluaran setiap mesin dengan cekap

  8. Membantu penyelenggaraan dalam aktiviti penyelenggaraan pencegahan seperti yang diarahkan

  9. Menyediakan mesin dan plat cetakan (jika perlu) untuk pengeluaran

  10. Mengasingkan produk yang tidak mematuhi spesifikasi

  11. Mengikut arahan bagi memenuhi Objektif & Sasaran QESH

  12. Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diberikan

  13. Segera melaporkan kepada penyelia sekiranya berlaku sebarang ketakpatuhan, kemalangan, tumpahan atau situasi kecemasan untuk tindakan lanjut

Kuasa

  1. Melaporkan kepada Ketua Pengeluaran / Operator mesin sekiranya terdapat sebarang kerja/tugasan yang tidak memenuhi keperluan keselamatan, kualiti dan alam sekitar

Job Type: Full-time
