Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

1. Branding & Content Creation

  • Develop creative campaigns that strengthen the brand image across Marinero, Fatfire, Austin Chase Coffee, Masala Mansion, and group-level initiatives.
  • Create engaging content (social media posts, reels, captions, newsletters, press releases).
  • Design and oversee promotional materials (flyers, menus, posters, digital ads).

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage group and brand-specific social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Plan and schedule consistent posting calendars.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (FB Ads, Google Ads) to increase awareness and drive traffic.

3. Promotions & Campaigns

  • Conceptualize and execute seasonal promotions, festive menus, and special events.
  • Collaborate with operations and chefs to align marketing with menu launches.
  • Work with influencers, bloggers, and media partners for collaborations and reviews.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to refine promotions and campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing reports (ROI, campaign performance, customer demographics).

5. Partnerships & PR

  • Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners.
  • Support PR initiatives — press coverage, media invites, collaborations.
  • Assist in organizing events, launches, and group-level marketing initiatives.

6. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with restaurant managers and the group marketing lead.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all outlets.
  • Support owners with execution of group-wide strategic initiatives.

7. Professional Growth

  • Take initiative to propose new creative ideas.
  • Gain exposure to multiple premium F&B concepts under one group.
