Job Description:

1. Maintenance and Issue Resolution:

• Responsible for development and delivery of client projects.
• Attend machine breakdowns and address issues in facility electrical installations promptly.
• Conduct condition-based monitoring and preventive detection of electrical issues, reporting findings as necessary.
• Safely handle the loading and unloading of equipment, including CTX and load banks.
• Perform cable pulling for high and low voltage systems.
• Conduct Insulation Resistance (IR) tests to ensure electrical safety and compliance.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
• Conduct load tests on electrical systems for performance evaluation.

2. Supervision and Manning:

• Monitoring for the Electrical activity.
• Arrange and supervise manpower for day-to-day maintenance and services operations.
• Assist in projects, commissioning, and troubleshooting machines when required.

3. Reporting and Collaboration:

• Report daily operations to managers or supervisors, working collaboratively to solve operational problems.
• Assist engineers and supervisors in providing solutions to electrical problems in facilities.

4. Incident Resolution and Shutdown Procedures:

• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and breakdowns.
• Assist in formalizing work shutdown procedures, including after working hours and on rest days.

5. Quality Checks and Compliance:

• Perform electrical quality checks and daily health checks on data center facilities.
• Assist in coordinating with Facility Engineer to ensure compliance with the Electricity Supply Act, especially for low voltage systems.

6. Additional Responsibilities:

• Undertake other tasks as instructed by superiors.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering or any relevant qualification.
• Professional A4 Chargeman Certificate.
• Min 4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Experience involved in preventive, predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, execution and manning.
• Willing to travel to site and able to work under pressure with a tight schedule

• BOSIET (Preferred)
