Job Responsibilities:

1. Photography & Videography Production

  • Plan, shoot and edit high-quality product, lifestyle, campaign and editorial images which align with the brand's visual identity and seasonal direction
  • Execute photography for e-commerce, lookbooks, social media and advertising campaigns
  • Capture model, flat lay, detail and on-site shots that highlight product features, styling and textures
  • Support video content creation such as behind-the-scenes clips, styling tips or brand storytelling pieces

2. Creative Direction & Styling Collaboration

  • Work closely with relevant counterparts to conceptualize creative visuals that elevate product presentation
  • Collaborate with stylists, makeup artists, models and graphic designers to ensure a cohesive creative outcome
  • Participate in pre-production planning, including mood boards, lighting setup, prop sourcing and shoot logistics

3. Post-Production & Asset Management

  • Perform photo editing, colour correction and retouching to maintain brand consistency and professional quality
  • Organize, name and archive all photo and video assets systematically for easy retrieval and future use
  • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and technical specifications for various platforms (web, print, social media & etc.)

4. Equipment & Studio Management

  • Maintain photography equipment, studio lighting and backdrop setups in good working condition.
  • Coordinate with vendors or external studios when required for special shoots or campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Photography, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of photography experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle or retail industry
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Cina and Malay
  • Proficient in DSLR / Mirrorless camera systems (Canon, Nikon, Sony, etc.)
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
  • Good understanding of studio lighting setups and natural light techniques
  • Basic video shooting and editing skills are an added advantage
