Are you ready to start your career in financial advisory?

At Forvis Mazars in Malaysia, we are looking for a financial advisory consultant who is eager to learn and grow in the field of transaction services.

What you will do

  • Contribute to Financial Advisory assignments, including transaction advisory, due diligence, business valuation, and financial forecasting/modelling;
  • Attend meetings with prospects, clients, targets' representatives and other advisors;
  • Prepare draft reports in accordance with service lines' global guidelines and templates used within Forvis Mazars Group;
  • Work as part of a local team under direct supervision of a dedicated Manager, and participate in cross-border engagements in collaboration with other APAC Financial Advisory teams;

What we are looking for:

  • Over 1 year of experience as a financial advisory consultant, valuation consultant, financial auditor and/or in a finance role in corporates;
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, accounting, auditing and/or equivalent professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, CPA Australia, others);
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent computer-literacy skills;
  • Strong organizational, planning and multitasking skills;
  • Genuine interest in transaction services, business valuation, and corporate finance;
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong sense of ethics with emphasis on confidentiality and integrity.
