BIM Modular

• Develop, manage, and update 3D architectural BIM models for modular building projects.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, M&E, and other disciplines to ensure design integration.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents using BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.
• Support the development of modular design strategies, ensuring constructability and efficiency.
• Conduct clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and produce reports for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate exchange of BIM data.
• Provide technical support and training to the project team on BIM processes and software.
• Assist in preparing BIM execution plans, workflows, and documentation for architectural projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes within the organization.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Project Lead.
