Part-time Accounts Assistant - Remote

Company: PETADIRI Leadership Development & Advisory PLT Location: Remote Employment Type: Part-time Salary: RM15/hour Schedule: Flexible hours, 4 hours weekly

Job Summary Remote part-time Accounts Assistant position supporting financial operations and basic administrative tasks for leadership development consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Process client invoicing and payment tracking
  • Handle accounts transactions and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in cloud-based accounting systems
  • Perform basic administrative tasks
  • Organize financial documents and records

Requirements

  • Experience with cloud-based accounting software (Bukku, Xero, QuickBooks Online, or similar platforms)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Flexible availability
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and data management
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Familiarity with Malaysian business practices
  • Experience with service-based business accounting
  • Administrative support experience
