Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur for an HRDF Course Producer. The HRDF Course Producer will be responsible for designing, developing, and updating course materials to meet HRDF guidelines. Key responsibilities include coordinating with trainers and subject matter experts, managing the end-to-end course production process, maintaining quality and compliance standards, and ensuring the timely delivery of all learning content.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, and Content Creation for training courses
  • Strong Project Management, Organization, and Communication skills to oversee course production processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HRDF regulations and experience in compliance with training standards
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in learning and development or course production is a plus
