We are hiring a dedicated Site Supervisor to support the construction and coordination of our project located in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision experience in building, industrial, or M&E/CSA works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Ensure construction works comply with drawings, specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and highlight non-conformities for rectification.
  • Assist in verifying materials, workmanship, and site installations.
  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Support the Construction Manager/Engineer in resolving site issues and implementing instructions.
  • Ensure site safety compliance and enforce proper housekeeping on-site.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, M&E, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years site supervision experience in building, industrial, M&E, or data center projects.
  • Good understanding of CSA and/or M&E installation works.
  • Able to read construction drawings and follow technical instructions.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiar with site safety practices, method statements, and work sequences.
  • Able to work at site full-time in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
