We are looking for passionate Senior to join us as a Structural Engineer in our Buildings market in Malaysia. This is your opportunity to gain valuable experience in a consultancy that will provide you with a platform to tap into expertise across the globe and give you the hands-on experience to make a difference in the communities that we live and work in. The programme will provide you with invaluable networking, learning and development opportunities. 

You will be part of a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team and your job description includes:

  • Lead structural design teams and manage project coordination.
  • Review complex structural calculations and ensure design intergrity.
  • Interface with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver intergrated solutions.
  • Promote use of BIM and digital tools 
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement

About you

  • Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering, 6-9 years experience, leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of local codes and standards
  • Project leadership and technical excellence
  • Skilled in STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAFE for advanced building design and analysis
  • Experienced in supporting large-scale infrastructure projects through mechanical design, coordination, and delivery.
