Functional (job responsibilities)
- To be part of Reporting & Campaign Management team to produce campaigns and reports for consumer products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Deposits, Mortgages, Hire Purchase on a customer segment basis as well as Business Banking on the digital platform
- Campaign responsibilities will include the creation and upload of acquisition, cross-selling and retention projects on batch or real-time basis; and tracking of results
- Reporting responsibilities will include the timely production of standard reports from data extraction to publishing
- To ensure that the creation of these data products is within the accepted service level agreements of accuracy and turnaround times
- To ensure that all production is within the compliance parameters set in the department's SOP
- To participate and contribute towards ad-hoc analytic projects
