Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in solutioning, technical discussions and design decisions for new system development, new features and system enhancements.
  • Design, develop, test and deploy web-based applications and system modules.
  • Work in the assigned technology track:
  • PHP Track- PHP, Laravel / CodeIgniter / or other modern PHP frameworks, MySQL/MariaDB, HTML/CSS/JS, and optional frontend libraries such as Bootstrap / jQuery / Vue / React, Git & API integration exposure preferred

  • .NET Track - VB.NET or C#.NET, ASP.NET (WebForms / MVC / Core), MS SQL Server, basic frontend using HTML/CSS/JS, and optional exposure to React / Vue / jQuery / Bootstrap, Exposure to reporting tools (Crystal Reports, RDLC, SSRS or equivalent) is an advantage

  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, handle JSON/XML data formats.

  • Prepare and maintain technical and system documentation.
  • Support and maintain existing applications, including monitoring, enhancements and patch releases.
  • Troubleshoot, identify root cause issues, perform bug fixes, performance tuning and ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, UI/UX, QA and DevOps teams to deliver project outcomes according to timelines.
  • Ensure code quality, security and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen only.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written).
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willing to learn new technologies as required.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and meet timelines.
  • 1- 3 years of experience as a software developer
  • Fresh Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply - If you have : Final Year Project (FYP) or Internship involving PHP or .NET / VB.NET , Genuine interest and passion in backend system development
