Shipping Coodinator

Job Descriptions:

• Preparing goods for departure, which involves creating and verifying shipping documents, labels, 
  
  and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Liaising with carriers (couriers, freight lines, steamship lines), negotiating rates, and scheduling 
  
  pickups and deliveries.
• Monitoring shipments in transit to ensure they arrive on schedule and at the correct location.
• Addressing any discrepancies or problems that arise during the shipping process to prevent delays.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch according to schedule.
• Assist superior on any job assignment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of working experience in a related field (logistics, shipping, or administrative support).
• Familiar with shipment documentation, including invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and customs forms.
• Proficient in computer systems, especially shipping platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills in both English and Malay.
• Detail-oriented and responsible in coordinating shipment schedules and liaising with third-party providers.
