Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in core financial processes, compliance tasks, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and receipts.
  • Support the preparation and processing of invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Help with data verification and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks, including support for audits, e-invoicing and tax compliance submissions.
  • Collaborate with finance team members on ad hoc projects, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative and support tasks as required by the team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 months internship period.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
