Requirements :

  • Degree in Accounting
  • Additional professional accounting certification is an advantage.
  • 10 years in Finance and managerial experience
  • Proven experience in consolidation of group accounts

  • Meticulous, patient, stress-tolerant and persistent

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • In Charge of the overall operations of Accounts & Finance Department of Company and organize work to meet reporting deadlines including data entries into the accounting system.
  • In charge of cash flow management, including monitoring inflows and outflows, ensuring sufficient working capital, and planning future cash requirements aligned with business growth.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly Financial Management Reports on result and performances.
  • Prepared tax and deferred tax computation and manage the tax planning of the Company.
  • Prepare Annual Statutory Accounts of Company
  • Ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with the Group Policies and Procedure, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Liaises with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, lawyers and governments authorities on internal/external audit matters, tax and other statutory compliances.
  • Regular liaison with bankers and financing in regards to loan drawdown matters and ensure optimizing usage of loan obtained.
  • Prepare annual Company budgets, forecasts and projections.
  • Prepare Company Cash Flow Reports and monthly Bank Balances.
  • Review monthly Company Group Cash Flow Reports and monthly Bank Balances.
  • Ensure effective management of treasury functions' to ensure effective and efficient utilization of Company's cash resources including AR, AP and bank facilities.
  • Assist on the Enterprise Risk Management of the Company.
  • Ensure effective internal control to safeguard Company's resources and identify arrears of potential risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure the finance operations are in compliance with Group's Policies and Procedures, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Assist management in evaluating new business opportunities.
  • Advice management on corporate finance matters.
  • Other ad-hoc duties may be added from time to time.
