What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor false calls, provide real-time feedback on inspection results, and assist in program adjustments under engineer guidance.
• Collaborate with programmers to ensure smooth production system operations and track progress related to ECN/CAF updates.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and data connectivity issues promptly, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Perform routine system checks and troubleshooting during shifts; analyze production data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AOI standards and procedures; support machine operators in maintaining AOI equipment cleanliness.
• Provide real-time support to operators, leaders, and programmers; maintain clear shift handover logs.
• Uphold company regulations and ensure good 5S and safety practices in your work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Programmer, Production (Production Program Control)

Do you enjoy programming and fine-tuning automated production systems? As a Programmer, Production Program Control, you will be crucial in developing and maintaining AOI programs, troubleshooting, and optimizing production efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and support program-controlled production systems to ensure smooth operations and track ECN/CAF program updates.
• Create, adjust, and upload AOI programs to ensure defect detection accuracy in collaboration with engineers.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues with technicians; escalate complex problems appropriately.
• Perform fine-tuning and regular system checks; implement improvements based on analyzed production data.
• Manage program updates, backups, and software patches to reduce cycle time, errors, and bottlenecks.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and promote 5S and safety standards.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
