About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and business-focused Junior Enterprise Architect to support the organization's enterprise architecture initiatives and drive alignment between business strategy, IT landscape, and digital transformation goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have solid experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, application portfolio management, and technology road mapping, with hands-on knowledge of any industry-standard EA tools (Bizz design preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior enterprise architects and business stakeholders to develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint across business, application, data, and technology domains.
  • Support the definition of architecture principles, standards, and governance processes aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Work with business units to analyze current-state architectures, identify gaps, and propose target-state solutions.
  • Develop and maintain application and technology inventories, including system relationships, data flows, and integration maps.
  • Assist in portfolio rationalization and application modernization efforts (cloud migration, legacy transformation, etc.).
  • Create and maintain architecture artifacts such as capability models, value streams, roadmaps, and solution landscapes.
  • Conduct impact analysis for new initiatives and assess compliance with architectural standards.
  • Participate in architecture review boards (ARB) and contribute to documentation, recommendations, and technical evaluations.
  • Support the adoption and configuration of the enterprise architecture tool (Bizzdesign or equivalent such as Sparx EA, MEGA HOPEX, LeanIX, etc.).
  • Liaise with solution architects and technical leads to ensure solution designs align with enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12–15 years of total IT experience, including at least 4–6 years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
  • Proven understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate.
  • Experience with EA tools – Bizzdesign, MEGA, LeanIX, Sparx EA, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of application architecture, integration patterns, data architecture concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Ability to create clear and structured architecture deliverables and visualizations.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Exposure to business capability modeling, digital transformation, or IT strategy planning is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in TOGAF, ArchiMate, or Bizzdesign preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
  • Prior exposure to architecture governance, IT portfolio management, or enterprise roadmapping initiatives.
