Customer Service Executive

Basic Salary : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month

Location : Bangsar

Job Description:

  • Greet patient politely and always provide good customer service to patients.
  • Handling all inbound calls, outbound calls and/or online charts pertaining to patient's general enquiries, feedbacks.
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • To serve as a liaison personnel between the patients & clinical team (DSA, Doctors).
  • To ensure that patients expectation is being met in line with the organization's mission & vision.
  • To prioritize the management of customers complaints & feedback for quick & effective actions.
  • Collect payment from the patients & ensure no short collection.
  • Work in team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
  • Some Administration works.

Job Requirements:

  • Female, 18-30 years
  • Chinese speaker
  • Good personality, positive attitude
  • With or without Experience. Training will be provided
  • Having experiences in relevant position will be added advantage
  • Good communication skills in English/ Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work in the evening & weekends.
  • Team spirit & target oriented
