Role Description

RBC Capital Markets is seeking a Director of Information Technology Development for a full-time, on-site position located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Director will oversee the development and implementation of IT systems, ensure alignment with business needs, and manage project lifecycles efficiently. Responsibilities include leading software development teams, devising IT strategies, driving business development through technology solutions, and managing resources effectively to support strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess, interpret, and solve complex problems.
  • Expertise in Information Technology and Software Development to lead development projects and support business objectives.
  • Experience in Business Development to align technology initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and deliver IT solutions on time and within budget.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial markets and regulated environments is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
