We are seeking Backend Developers (Intermediate level and above) to join a fast-growing technology company expanding into the Malaysian market. The company specializes in developing large-scale digital platforms and mobile applications, with a strong focus on innovation, AI-driven development, and high-performance system architecture.

As part of the core technical team, you will contribute to both new product development and the enhancement of existing platforms, working in a dynamic environment that values efficiency, creativity, and technical excellence.

Job Description

  1. New Project Development

  2. Participate as a core contributor in new product initiatives.

  3. Develop Android or iOS client applications and manage the full development lifecycle—from requirement analysis to implementation and launch.

  4. Ensure seamless user experience, stable performance, and complete functional delivery.

  5. AI Technology Integration

  6. Utilize AI development tools (e.g., Gemini-cli, Claude-code) to accelerate workflows, improve code quality, and explore AI-driven development enhancements.

  7. Performance Optimization & Maintenance

  8. Analyze and optimize application performance.

  9. Troubleshoot issues such as memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and app stability.

  10. Ensure long-term reliability and smooth operation of client applications.

  11. Support for Existing Projects

  12. Maintain and iterate on mature or ongoing projects before new initiatives begin.

  13. Ensure continuous stability and support release cycles.

  14. Research & Innovation

  15. Keep current with the latest mobile development technologies and industry trends.

  16. Introduce advanced solutions to strengthen product competitiveness.

  17. Promote technical improvement within the team.

Requirements

  1. Technical Skills

  2. Proficient in native Android or iOS development.

  3. Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin (Android) or Swift/Objective-C (iOS).

  4. Solid programming fundamentals and ability to work independently on complex tasks.

  5. Familiarity with mobile development essentials such as performance optimization, memory management, and network communication

  6. Experience using AI development tools (Gemini-cli, Claude-code, etc.) to enhance coding efficiency and quality.

  7. Experience & Background

  8. Minimum 4 years of mobile development experience.

  9. Bachelor's degree or above in a computer science or related field.

  10. Experience delivering end-to-end Android or iOS applications (from development to app launch).
