About the role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end aspects of our web applications. Daily tasks include writing efficient and scalable code, debugging and troubleshooting software issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integration of various web services and software for optimal performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using a full stack technology stack, including front-end frameworks, back-end frameworks, and databases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Build server-side logic and APIs using a variety of back-end technologies
  • Ensure applications are secure, performant and scalable
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure the smooth operation of our web applications

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in the finance or cryptocurrency industry is advantageous
  • 2-3 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end in PHP, Laravel and Mysql
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, and knowing Vue and web-socket related is a plus
  • Proficiency in version control tools (Git, GitHub), Proficient in Javascript, Python.
  • Basic experience in server environments (aaPanel, hosting, DNS, MySQL)
  • Experience with Web Service/API integration, and experience with AWS infrastructure setup

Experience in planning, implementing or delivering application features based on full stack technology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
