Brand Ambassador

About the Role

We're looking for energetic and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Membership Consultants. You'll be the first point of contact for members and play a key role in sales, customer service, and club growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-ins, inquiries, and leads
• Conduct gym tours and explain membership options
• Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service to members
• Update leads and sales records in the system
• Support outreach, events, and promotions when required

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Comfortable with follow-ups and face-to-face interaction
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
