Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our daily accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
  • Perform data entry, invoice processing, billing, and preparation of payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities, including bank reconciliations and financial reports.
  • Support audit, tax, and other compliance-related documentation requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on billing and payment matters.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organised, and able to work within deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
