Job Description:

  • Assist in raw material component sourcing and vendor development.
  • Dealing with vendor on defect analysis and corrective action validation at initial stage of new program launch.
  • Assist in maintaining and generating control plan, PFMEA and PFD for the existing and new program.
  • Accessing process capability after modification, upgrading and installation of mould or equipment.
  • Performing defect analysis and develop corrective action for in process and customer defects.
  • Develop and maintain parameter of test automation, moulding parameter and e-dart system.
  • New process development for NPI.
  • Existing process monitoring, improvement and trouble shooting.
  • New tool and machine trial run and qualifying.
  • Other duties assign by Section Head from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Science / Mechanical / Engineering / Material / Manufucturing
  • Able to supervise and implement new project.
  • Good report writing, analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to manage a group people.
  • Candidate with lower qualification but with minimum 3years experience will be considered.
  • Good analytical, communication, interpersonal skills and computer literate.
  • Able to manage various of manufacturing processes. For example but not limited to moulding process, vision system, ultrasonic welding, resistance welding and etc.
