Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative concepts and detailed designs for semiconductor automation equipment.
  • Ensure all designs comply with international standards (e.g., SEMI S2, S8, CE).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret requirements and optimize manufacturability and cost.
  • Prepare and release comprehensive BOMs, technical drawings, and documentation.
  • Integrate CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication processes into design for manufacturing.
  • Champion continuous improvement and proactively implement process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 5–10 years' experience in equipment design, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech sector.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools (FEA, FMEA).
  • Demonstrated experience with CNC and sheet metal fabrication.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills; fluency in English.
  • Highly self-motivated, diligent, responsible, and committed to achieving results; willing to go the extra mile.
