  1. Responsible for managing the company's HALAL certification process, including conducting research and evaluations on consultants specializing in factory planning that comply with food safety standards such as MeSTI, GMP, HACCP, and the Halal Assurance System (HAS)

  2. Ensure Halal compliance in the production of Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) foods at the central kitchen, maintaining strict adherence to JAKIM Halal standards.

  3. Monitor and audit the entire production process, from raw material sourcing to the distribution of finished products, ensuring 100% Halal integrity across all outlets.

  4. Liaise with Halal certification authorities (JAKIM, JAIN, JAIS) to maintain and renew Halal certification, ensuring continuous compliance and business credibility.

  5. Company Insurance Management (Outlet/Office/Vehicle):

  6. Research and evaluate insurance providers to obtain the best coverage according to the company's needs and budget.

  7. Negotiate with agents and brokers for competitive rates and comprehensive protection.

  8. Manage company insurance claims efficiently.

  9. Negotiate with property owners and agents to secure favorable rental rates and agreement terms.

  10. Assist in identifying consultants for the planning of new factory or outlet layouts in compliance with food safety standards.

  11. Manage tenancy agreements for new factories, hostels, and outlets.

  12. Fully responsible for Franchise matters:

  13. Ensure all franchisees comply with company procedures.

  14. Support franchisees in sales management and training.
  15. Prepare monthly reports for each franchise.
  16. Handle all payment-related matters for each franchise, such as royalty and marketing fees.

  17. Act as the liaison between the company and franchisees.

  18. Fully responsible for managing all system operations across outlets, office, and CK Frozen (Xilnex/SQL).

  19. Supervise and monitor the work and performance of employees under your supervision (Admin Department).
