Retail Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor

Note: This is an on-site position only — remote work is not available. Please apply only if you are able to travel to Cyberjaya.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, merchandising, restocking, and administrative tasks.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, prepare daily sales reports, and ensure proper stock tracking and documentation.
  • Maintain correct product pricing and create visually appealing merchandise displays in line with brand standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, making recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Oversee stock ordering, receiving, and inventory updates to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store at all times.
  • Assist in promotional setups, in-store marketing activities, and seasonal display execution.
  • Participate in regular stock counts (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and support loss prevention efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive team atmosphere.
  • Stay informed about product details, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Passionate about the retail industry, hardworking, and eager to learn.
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Responsible, reliable, and a strong team player.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Female candidates preferred.
