About CapBay's Management Associate Programme:

CapBay's Management Associate Programme is a 24-month programme that combines formal and on-the-job training to the individual who is eager to learn and contribute while seeking to identify his/her specific area of interest. Under the programme, you will be able to experience and work hands-on with four different CapBay team, each rotation lasting for six months.

By the end of the programme, you would have developed a fuller understanding of CapBay's overall operations and can choose to join the team which suits your career ambitions the best.


As a MA in CapBay, you will be expected to:

  • Work directly with your designated team to ensure the success of various projects and initiatives
  • Learn, adapt and contribute in a fast and efficient manner
  • Lead at least one initiative throughout your 2 years in CapBay
  • Provide insights that add value to the team and CapBay's overall operations flow
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all teams in CapBay, informing decisions both within your team and cross-functionally
  • Conduct at least one company-wide event and/or initiative, thus enhancing your leadership and communication skills
  • Solidify and report your learnings to the People team at the end of every cycle
We are looking for someone who is:
  • A fresh graduate with at least a Bachelor's degree
  • Strongly interested in FinTech and the development of FinTech in Malaysia
  • Focused on continuous learning and growing, both personally and professionally
  • Proactive in taking initiatives and executing ideas with minimal supervision needed
  • A conscious leader who has the courage to own both the success and failure of a project/initiative
  • A team player who enjoys working together with and as a team
  • Excellent in their communication, teamwork and client service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents
