As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play an important role in creating a pleasant dining experience for our guests. You are responsible for greeting customers, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
  • Handle guest requests or complaints politely and promptly.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow company service standards and hygiene practices.
  • Support in setting up or clearing tables during peak hours.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Nationality: Malaysian citizens only (Local candidates).
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a restaurant or café environment is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Passionate about hospitality and willing to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
