As a Sales Associate, you'll be an ambassador of our brand, providing exceptional service and expertise on our unique range of Japanese-designed footwear. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in selecting the perfect shoes to meet their style and comfort needs
  • Maintaining an inviting store environment by ensuring stock is well-displayed and the store is neat
  • Working closely with team members to meet and exceed sales target
  • Managing customer queries and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction
  • Preference for candidates who are available to work weekends and public holidays
  • 5-day work week
  • Competitive commission is paid on top of the base salary
  • Start work from 5th Jan 2025
  • Working Location: SOGO KL

Requirements

  • Open to Malaysian citizens only
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to sales
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
