Account Officer

Job Description
· Process vendor invoices, prepare and execute payment runs accurately and within required timelines.
· Process staff claims, and disbursement accurately and within required timelines.
· Perform supplier Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
· Maintain accurate vendor records and monitor AP aging to ensure healthy payment cycles.
· Assist with AR collection, and updating customer payment records.
· Follow up on outstanding receivables and reconcile AR accounts.
· Perform monthly bank reconciliations
· On time completion of month end closing activities
· Ensure proper documentation, filing, and audit readiness.
Qualifications/ Education & Experience
· Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
· Proactive, strong attention to detail, accuracy with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to meet deadline, can act and operate independently with minimal supervision
· Experience with accounting software is an advantage
· Fresh graduates who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
